725327932741 MPN: 1-TX22C151 The Taurus TX22 Competition is an optic ready target pistol with a 5.25" threaded barrel chambered in 22LR with a 16+1 capacity. This full sized semi automatic pistol based on the popular TX22 features a 5.25” threaded bull barrel in an optic ready, lightened, exposed barrel slide with fixed front and fully adjustable rear three dot sights. Because the TX22 Competition has so little recoil and uses a fixed barrel the direct-to-barrel optic mounting location, neither the barrel nor the optic move when fired, allowing you to keep your eyes locked on your target as the weapon is cycling. The single action only TX22 Competition comes with an accuracy enhancing, light, crisp trigger with a short re-set for fast follow on shots. Ergonomic controls include a left side slide stop and left side magazine release which is reversible to the right side. Redundant safety systems including a striker block, trigger safety, & ambidextrous manual safety aid in the prevention of an accidental discharge. Out front, A picatinny rail provides room for your choice of weapon light or laser.
